Frequently Asked Questions
What products are covered by the Lifetime Warranty?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers only 110VAC tube, belt, and disk skimmers purchased in the United States. Excludes all models with 220V or DC motors. Skimmers purchased prior to February 17, 2024 are not eligible. Any new purchases after this date are eligible for the warranty program with registration.
What is the duration of the Lifetime Warranty? Does it apply to the original purchaser only?
The Lifetime Warranty covers only the registering company and is not transferable.
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
It covers the physical structure and motor on 110VAC ZVA8 tube, belt and disk skimmers. Not covered: tubes, cartridges, belts, disks and wipers.
How long will it take to process my warranty claim?
Within a week of receipt of the failed skimmer. However, unforeseen circumstances out of Zebra's control may extend the time frame.

Warranty Return Information
Under our Lifetime Warranty you are returning your Skimmer for a replacement or repair. The new unit will be shipped upon receipt of the old unit.

Once we have received your unit a repaired or replacement unit will be shipped back to you. Kindly verify your address as this is used for communications purposes on the status of your shipment and warranty. Zebra Skimmers will cover the cost for shipping the item back to you.
