ZEBRA® Engineering Services

Since 1994, ZEBRA® has done more than sell skimmers — our in-house ZEBRA® engineering team designs, builds, and rebuilds metalworking-fluid and coolant-management equipment for machine shops worldwide. We're the shop that OEM'd the skimmer Haas ships on its machines.

Engineering services we provide

  • Custom skimmer & coalescer engineering — belt, tube, and disk oil skimmers and coalescers engineered to your sump, reach, fluid, and duty cycle, including full-stainless builds for aggressive parts-washer and washdown environments.
  • Pump check & rebuild by ZEBRA® engineering — have your proportioning pump or skimmer checked, serviced, or rebuilt by our engineering team. Call 440.349.0141 to arrange it.
  • Coolant sump & fluid-system engineering — engineering of tramp-oil removal, coalescing, filtration, and coolant-maintenance systems, including the ZEBRA® Dazzle sump platform.
  • OEM & private-label design — ZEBRA® engineering designs and manufactures skimmers and fluid-management components for OEM and private-label partners.
