Our Lifetime Warranty ensures that you can trust in the longevity of your purchase, providing you with peace of mind and the assurance that we stand behind the exceptional quality of these  skimmer products. Our lifetime warranty provides you with the confidence that your investment is protected for years to come.

This warranty is limited to end-users who have purchased a skimmer product in Canada or United States and covers normal operational use. Warranty does not include application ‘fitness,’ e.g.: if an end user purchases a skimmer then decides it is not the right skimmer. End users must register the skimmer using the skimmer registration Button below for the warranty to be in effect.

SKIMMER WARRANTY DETAILS

ZVA Sidewinders™ Tube Skimmers: All standard 110VAC Tube skimmers (does not cover skimmers with integrated timers or anything other than a standard ZVA8. Warranty excludes tubes and 24Vdc motor skimmers.

Belt Skimmers: All standard 110VAC skimmers (does not cover skimmers with integrated timers or anything other than a standard belt skimmer.) Wipers are covered by the warranty (1 set per 12 month period). Warranty excludes any type of belt (Poly or Stainless Steel). Long reach skimmers are also covered by this warranty.

Disk Skimmers: All standard 110VAC skimmers (does not cover skimmers with integrated timers or anything other than a standard LH or GS model) Wipers are covered by the warranty. Excluded from the warranty is any type of replacement disks.

OTHER LIMITED WARRANTY PRODUCT INFORMATION
– Disk: 90 days
– Wipers: Lifetime to end users (1 set per 12 month period)
– Tubes: 90 days
– Poly Belts: 90 days
– Stainless Steel Belts: 30 days
– Circulating Pumps, Oxygenators: 30 days
– Mixers: 90 days
– Proportioning Pump: 6 months
– 24VDC Skimmers: 6 months

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ZEBRA SKIMMERS CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Zebra Skimmers Corp shall not be liable from loss of any income or profits due to the malfunctioning of any equipment covered under the Warranty, whether the malfunctioning is caused by defects in workmanship and/or materials, or for any cause whatsoever. The remedies of purchaser set forth herein are exclusive, and the liability of Zebra Skimmers Corp with respect to any contract or sale or anything done in connection therewith, whether in contract, in tort under any warranty, or otherwise shall not exceed the price of the equipment or parts on which such liability is based.
